PRETTY IN PINK. SHARP, SWEET & SEDUCTIVE.
Ingredients:
25ml Absolut Grapefruit (or regular Vodka)
25ml Starlino Rose (substitute Vodka + ½ tsp Rose Water)
50ml Pink Grapefruit Juice (grill the grapefruit halves before juicing)
½ tsp Caster Sugar
Method:
1. Fill a martini glass with ice to chill
2. Add all ingredients to a Boston Shaker with 3-4 Ice Cubes.
3. Shake for 30 seconds. Discard the ice from the glass.
4. Strain through a hawthorn strainer and garnish with a twist of grapefruit zest.
