Chive Flower Vinegar

Not so much a recipe as a concept. Infused Vinegars add a whole new dimension to Vinaigrettes, noodles, rice and vegetables. Chive & Wild Garlic Flowers work particularly well. Add them to a bottle of Cider or White Wine Vinegar, leave for 2 days then use, topping up the vinegar as you use.

As the season passes, so too should your infusion as it will become a little strong.
