Coastal Rosemary Salt

Another prescriptive recipe. This can be adapted for any herb you choose, just make sure its nice and dry before popping in a jar to extend its shelf life.

Simply pick off the leaves of a handful of Rosemary and blitz with 50g Sea Salt Flakes. Mix with 100g extra sea salt flakes and place in an oven set at the lowest temperature until completely dry.

Decant into sterile jars and keep for as long as your will power lets you.
