Ingredients:


25ml Bourbon

20ml Malt whisky

20ml Cloudy Apple Juice

Pinch Cinnamon

Dash Angostura Bitters

Cider to top up (Hard Cider in US)

Ice to serve

Apple & Rosemary to serve


Method:


Add all ingredients except the cider to a cocktail shaker and shake for 30 seconds with a few ice cubes to chill. Strain over ice into a fresh glass and top with Cider. Serve garnished with Apple, Rosemary & a cosy blanket…
