300g Caster Sugar
100ml Maple Syrup
1 Slice Lemon
2 Vanilla Pods, seeds scraped
1. Add all ingredients to a pan, bring to a boil and boil for 4 minutes. Remove from the heat, cool to room temperature and remove the pods and lemon.
2. Add 2 tbsp syrup to a glass with ice, top with sparkling water and enjoy.
