Handful Dandelions

Handful Wild Garlic

Handful Cows Parsley

Purple Deadnettle

Wild Onion Flowers

Slice Cucumber

Hawthorn Leaves & Flowers


Wild Garlic Vinegar, Olive Oil and Sea Salt Flakes


Method:


1. Tumble everything around in a bowl with your hands.

2. Serve immediately.
