25ml Ginger Rum
25ml Creme De Cacao (white is best)
25ml Single Cream
Fresh Ground Ginger & Frosted Flakes to Serve
Add the Ginger Rum, Creme de Cacao & Cream to a shaker with a few cubes of ice. Shake for 20 seconds to chill.
Strain through a hawthorn strainer into a chilled glass. Serve with fresh ground ginger, frosted flakes and some Orangutan Butlers.....
