Garlic Flower Miso Dressing

Not so much a recipe as a prescription to play! Fill a small kilner bottle with Cider Vinegar, stuff with Wild Garlic Flowers and leave for a few days.

Whisk into some White Miso, top up with Sesame Oil and drizzle over your favourite salad. Carrots adore this!

Here I have used Carrots, radish, spring onion and Vietnamese Corander for a massive flavour wow!
