Goldenberry Almond Negroni

Negroni just moved from Winter to Summer! One to sip in the sun….


100ml Gin

10 Goldenberries

100ml Vermouth Blanc

80ml Campari

20ml Amaretto


1. Begin with the gin. Two days before you plan to serve, add the goldenberries to the gin and leave to infuse somewhere cool.

2. When ready, strain into a mixing glass. Add the Vermouth, Campari, and Amaretto, along with 4-5 cubes of ice.

3. Stir clockwise for 30 seconds then strain into 4 glasses. Serve over Ice, garnished with Goldenberries.
