Sounds morbid? For me it’s a positive thing. An acceptance of the transience of life and how we must grab it by the horns and make the most of every single second. For me, life has been snatched and given back, I am one of life’s lucky ones, given a few chances to have back what was all so quickly lost.
So put your problems in perspective and try to take the positive from every negative. It works and it helps.

Ingredients:
100ml Green Tea, brewed and cooled
½ Lime, juice
Cucumber Ribbons
Lemonade (free from sweeteners, natural sugars are best) & Ice to serve
Method:
1. Add the green tea, lime and cucumber to the base of a glass and muddle to bruise and release the juices from the cucumber.
2. Add a handful of ice and top up with lemonade. Sit back and see the good life has to offer.
