Lilac Sugar

Not so much a recipe than a starting point for adding the most divine floral perfume to your baking. Make a batch and use it as a taste of pure spring in your dishes.


150g Caster Sugar

20g Lilac Blossoms, inflorescences picked


  1. Layer the flowers and sugar in a clean jar. Seal and leave for 2 days to infuse before using. This will keep for a month.
