1 Can Lychees in Light Syrup

1 Can Coconut Milk, full fat

½ tsp Rose Water

Small Pinch Salt

Pistachios to serve


1. Blend the lychees, rose and coconut until smooth. Taste, add a small pinch of salt and blend again.

2. Garnish with pistachios and serve in 2 bowls. Time has no meaning now…
