Maple Chocolate Moose Milk


Maple Chocolate Moose Milk

Keep the kids (and adults) very happy during lockdown with this super simple recipe. Make it up and store in a jar in the fridge to add to milk whenever you get the craving to snuggle on the sofa with cookies and milk. Swap in Vegan white chocolate and plant based milk to make this vegan too!

Ingredients:

150g Dark Chocolate

50g Cocoa Powder

50g White Chocolate

250ml Water

150g Light Muscovado Sugar

125g Maple Syrup

1 tsp Vanilla

Method

1. Simply add all the ingredients to a small pan, bring up to the boil whilst whisking until the sugar dissolves and the chocolates have melted.

2. Allow to cool, decant into a jar and stir into milk!

3. Must be served with cookies!
