Maraschino Cherry, Rosemary & Rose Breakfast Oats

Food to nourish both body and soul. Wake up to a bowl of this and it will be a good day.

Ingredients:


150g Jumbo Porridge Oats

100ml Whole Milk

450ml Water

2 Sprigs Rosemary, left whole

1tsp Rose Water

¼ tsp Sea Salt Flakes

4 tbsp Maraschino Cherries

2 tbsp Honey


Culinary Grade Rose Petals to serve

Method:


1. Add the Oats, Milk, Water & Rosemary to a small pan and bring to a simmer. Simmer for 10-12 minutes or until the oats are just tender.

2. Remove the Rosemary and discard. Add the salt and mix through.

3. Divide between two bowls and top with 2 tbsp Cherries and 1 tbsp Honey in each. Swirl through, top with rose petals and serve piping hot.
