An Ayurvedic Treatment for sleeplessness. This has become my sanctitude during these times of stress. Ashwagandha is an adaptogen, supporting the body’s natural response to stress. It is readily available online.

Ingredients:


280ml Cashew Milk

1 tbsp Maple Syrup

¼ tsp Culinary Lavender Buds

1 tsp Butterfly Pea Powder

¼ tsp Aswagandha Powder

1/8 tsp Nutmeg, ground

1/8 tsp Cinnamon, ground

Method:


1. Add the milk and lavender to a small pan and heat until warm to infuse. Stand for 5 minutes then strain into a clean pan, discarding the lavender.

2. Add some boiled water to a mug to warm.

3. Add the remaining ingredients and heat, whilst whisking until steaming point. Either using a milk frother or a whisk, whisk to create a light foam.

4. Discard the water from the mug, pour in your moon milk and enjoy, curled in bed with a good book.
