Nimbu Pani Amaretto Fizz

8 Limes, juiced

10cm Ginger, juiced

1 litre Sparkling Water

½ tsp Salt

¼ tsp Amchur Powder

¼ tsp Chaat Masala

1/8 tsp Ground Cumin

8 tbsp Caster Sugar

Mint Leaves to garnish

For one Cocktail

50ml Amaretto (Substitute 1 drop Almond Extract for non-drinkers)

250ml Sparkling Nimbu Pani to top up


1. Begin with the concentrate. Add the lime juice, ginger, salt, amchur, chaat, cumin and sugar to a jar and shake well to combine. Store in the fridge for 2 hours to chill and infuse.

2. When ready, add to a pitcher and top up with the sparking water. Pour over the amaretto in glasses with plenty of ice and fresh mint.
