Peach & Jasmine Iced Tea

PEACH & JASMINE ICED TEA


Ingredients:


250g Caster sugar

2 tbsp Jasmine Tea Leaves

2 Peaches, ripe, cut into 8

1 Lemon, Juiced

1.5 litres Water


Method:


1. Add the sugar, 500ml of the water and the tea leaves to a pan. Bring to just under a boil and allow to infuse for 20 minutes. Strain the liquid into a large pan.

2. Add the peaches and remaining water and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat an cook for 20 minutes or until the water has turned peach.

3. Cool to room temperature, add the lemon juice and pop in the fridge until cold.

4. Serve over ice
