Mexico will always be my second home. The people, culture and climate are all I could ever dream of. This drink combines our two cultures, with two simple ingredients. Mexico means quintessential Britain, a match made in heaven.
Ingredients:
30ml Mezcal
30ml Pimms
Orange Twist to Express Oil
Ice to Serve
Method:
1. Add the Mezcal & Pimms to a mixing glass and stir with 3 Ice cubes for 30 seconds to chill.
2. Strain over Ice then ignite some orange oil expressed from a twist to glaze. Serve with the twist.
