Simple Pasta Dough

Food that takes time, takes love. You can taste the love in food.

For every 100g 00 Flour, use 1 whole Egg.

I use

300g 00 flour

3 whole Eggs, room temperature.

Method:

Tip the flour onto your surface, make a well in the centre and tip in the eggs.

Pull the flour in from the edges using your hands or a fork and mix to a crumbly dough. Bring together and briefly knead until smooth.

Wrap and rest for 1 hour then either roll by hand or through a pasta machine.

Cut into your desired shapes then cook in boiling salted water for 2-3 minutes.
