Burma, the land of beautiful people, culture, and cuisine, shrouded by human hate. It tears at my soul to think of the atrocities occurring. So, where I can, I try to raise awareness, through bringing Burmese food and flavours to the forefront. It’s a culture side-lined by so many others that deserves to shine.
Help, support and donate. The tea for this Stunning cocktail, redolent with spice and aromatics, is available from Lost Tea Company who works directly with farmers in Myanmar.
