The Revenge Of Violet Beauregard

She may be the size of a Blueberry, but she got her own back in the end....

Ingredients:


40ml Sambuca, plus extra to flambe

20ml Violet Syrup, I use Monin

Tonic Water to top up

A dash of Orange Bitters

Vanilla Ice Cream to float


Method:


  1. Add the Sambuca, Violet and bitters to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake for 30 seconds to chill.

  2. Pour into a glass and top up with tonic.

  3. Once the fizz subsides, top with a scoop of ice cream. Drizzle with more Sambuca and set alight.
