Vegan Jingle Jo


What’s better than Coffee? Mint Choc Mocha? How about adding some booze and velvet like cream? Ahhhh that’s better. This Festive Creation is in honour of my friend Jo who doesn’t believe that I will make a Festive Creation in her honour. Jo, this one is for you…

Ingredients:


25ml Crème De Cacao

25ml Crème De Menthe

50ml Vodka

100ml Kahlua

100ml Coconut Milk

100ml Coconut Cream

Ice to serve

20ml Chocolate Syrup


Method:


1. Drizzle the syrup between 2 chilled rocks glasses. Add some Ice to each.

2. Stir the Crème de cacao, creme de menthe, vodka, and Kahlua in a shaker with an ice cube for 30 seconds to chill. Meanwhile mix the coconut milk with the coconut cream.

3. Divide the liqueur mixture between the two glasses then pour the cream mixture over. Sit back, relax, and listen to those bells jingling afar on the North Pole….
