
Ingredients:
Rose Syrup
100g Caster Sugar
100g Water
2 tbsp Rose Petals (Culinary Grade)
3-4 tsp Vegan Hot Chocolate Powder
1 tsp Instant Coffee
300ml Plant Milk
Ice
Chocolate Shavings to serve
Method:
1. Begin with the syrup. Add the sugar and water to a small pan and bring to a boil, boil for 3-4 minutes, remove from the heat and add the rose petals. Allow to infuse for 24 hours before straining into a bottle.
2. For the mocha, add the hot chocolate powder & coffee to a small jug and pour over 3 tbsp boiled water. Stir to combine then add to a glass filled with ice. Add 1tbsp of chilled rose syrup before topping up with plant milk and giving a good stir.
3. Add chocolate shavings and devour in the sun!
