White Chocolate Truffle & Bay Hot Chocolate

If you want to give light to others, you must glow yourself.

This Mug is pure joy. Simple to make but will captivate your soul. Bay lends a herbaceous foil to sweet White Chocolate Truffle, spiced with Nutmeg for that cosy spiced hug.

A Mug of this will ease any woes with its subtle glow from within.


250ml Whole Milk

5 Bay Leaves

5 White Lindor Balls

A few Gratings of Nutmeg

Whipped Cream & Shaved White Chocolate to serve


1. Add the bay leaves to the milk and pop into the fridge overnight. This cold infusion adds a cleaner, more subtle flavour to the infusion.

2. The next day, warm the milk and remove the leaves before it gets too hot.

3. Add the Lindor balls & Nutmeg and heat over a medium high heat, stirring to melt.

4. Once melted, whisk vigorously to create a little texture in the milk.

5. Pour into a mug, top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings. Serve in a cosy sweater.
