Wild Garlic Salt
Not so much a recipe but a marriage of two wonderful things. Simply take a large bunch of clean wild garlic, blitz with 50g sea salt flakes, then stir in 150g more sea salt flakes. Lay on a piece of baking paper and dry out completely in your oven on the lowest setting (or a dehydrator) allow to cool and store in an airtight jar. This is amazing with all kinds of meat, fish and veggies. Enjoy!
