Wild Vanilla Spritz

Ingredients

• 30ml Wild Herb Liqueur
• 20ml Galliano Vanilla
• 10ml Fresh Lemon Juice
• 150ml Chilled Tonic Water

Instructions

1. Combine the Wild Herb Liqueur, Galliano, and Lemon juice in a mixing glass with 3 ice cubes and stir clockwise for 30 seconds to chill.
2. Strain the liquid into a spritz glass or champagne coupe. Top up with the tonic, give a quick final stir and serve immediately.
